Delivery Method - NZ

Here at Simply Vape all goods are carefully packaged and shipped using NZ Post Couriers. Your order can be tracked using the tracking number we provide to you on completion of your purchase.

Please note: You will be asked by the courier to provide ID that you are over the age of 18 before parcel delivery is completed, this to adhere to the law.

Shipping Rates:

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $60

Flat rate shipping Nationwide (including Rural delivery).

Cost: $5.00

Shipping Times

All products will be shipped during  business hours (Monday to Friday 9am to 4:30pm).

Nothing will be shipped outside of these hours or during public holidays and weekends, as the courier company does not operate.

Our order processing partner's target is to process orders received before 1:00pm and ship the same business day, please note that this is a target and sometimes due to larger order volumes times may vary. Order early. 

Sorry but we do not offer Saturday delivery.

Delivery Timeframe

New Zealand

North Island Whangarei, North Shore, Auckland, Tauranga, Hamilton, Whakatane, Rotorua, Gisborne, Taupo, New Plymouth, Wanganui, Napier, Woodville, Palmerston North, Levin, Masterton and Wellington. South Island Nelson, Blenheim, Kaikoura, Greymouth, Waiau, Cheviot, Amberley, Oxford, Darfield, Methven, Christchurch, Akaroa, Dunsandel, Ashburton, Geraldine, Timaru, Oamaru, Dunedin, Invercargill, Cromwell and Queenstown.

Delivery target for above is by end of next business day after collection.

Rural addresses please allow 2-3 business days for delivery dependent on how 'rural' the location is.
