Shipping policy

At Simply Vape we love shopping online too but hate waiting for our purchases to be picked, packaged and shipped. We're not one of those businesses so if your order is received before 2 pm Monday to Friday we aim to have your order with our NZ Post courier driver by 5 pm. A shipment email with a tracking number will be provided or via text if you select the SMS alert option. Overnight delivery is NZ Post's delivery target to main centres and towns - rural delivery may take longer and please note there is no Saturday delivery. We don't profit from shipping charges like some but instead offer a fixed freight charge of $5 for all orders under $60 whether you're in the city or rural delivery. Spend over $60 and the shipping is free.
